Custom umbrella shipping is quoted for each project. Cost and timing depend on the finished carton volume, gross weight, destination, required date, customs scope and agreed delivery terms.
Production and shipping are separate stages. Production starts only after the required payment, specification and artwork approvals are complete. A suitable sample normally takes 3–5 working days, but custom components or complex development can take longer. Bulk-production timing is confirmed for each order.
Depending on the order and destination, HFBrolly may quote courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, truck or a combined service. The lowest freight price is not always the best option when a fixed event date, customs risk or oversized cartons are involved.
Freight prices are based on information available at the time of quotation and may require confirmation after packing. Chargeable weight can be based on actual or volumetric weight. Remote-area fees, storage, address corrections, duties, taxes and customs inspections may be charged separately unless the written quotation includes them.
The buyer and HFBrolly should confirm the applicable Incoterm and customs responsibilities before shipment. Unless a written quotation states that duties and taxes are included, the buyer should not assume they are included. The buyer must provide accurate consignee, tax and import information when required.
Any delivery date or transit time is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing by the responsible carrier or agreed contract. Customs inspection, port congestion, weather, peak-season capacity, security checks and carrier disruption can affect delivery. Tell us the required arrival date before confirming production.
Courier shipments usually provide online tracking after collection. For air, sea or combined door-to-door services, the first transport leg may not appear on a local courier website. Local tracking may begin only after arrival, customs clearance and handover to the final-mile carrier.
Check carton quantity and visible condition promptly. Note obvious damage or shortages on the carrier record where possible, photograph the cartons and labels, and contact us before discarding packaging. These records may be required for a freight or insurance claim.
Provide a complete commercial delivery address, contact name, telephone number and postcode before dispatch. Costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, unavailable consignee or buyer-requested rerouting may be charged to the buyer.
Custom-made products are not standard retail stock. Please read our Returns, Claims and Issue Resolution Policy for the evidence and review process.
