How production moves

A custom order is a controlled sequence

Every project is different, but the core manufacturing flow remains consistent. Artwork and specifications must be approved before materials, printing, sewing, assembly and packing can be checked against the same reference.

01

Specification review

Confirm umbrella model, dimensions, frame, fabric, handle, artwork, labels, packing and delivery requirements.

02

Materials and components

Prepare the relevant canopy fabric, shafts, ribs, runners, handles, tips, fasteners and packaging.

03

Printing and canopy work

Print or prepare panels, cut material, sew the canopy and add project-specific trims or labels.

04

Frame assembly

Assemble the umbrella mechanism and attach the canopy while checking alignment and operation.

05

Inspection

Review appearance, measurements, printing, opening and closing, components, quantity and packing.

06

Packing and dispatch

Pack to the approved method, confirm carton marks and prepare the shipment for the agreed freight route.

What buyers can request

Depending on the project and agreed service, buyers may request sample approval, relevant production photographs, inspection evidence, packing confirmation or third-party inspection coordination.

Requirements should be agreed before production. A photo update does not replace a defined inspection standard, approved sample or written quality specification.
