  3. Ship the Item: Pack the umbrella securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship it to the address provided in our response.
    • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
