Choose the Right Golf Umbrella Size

Golf umbrellas usually use 27-inch to 30-inch ribs and provide a wide canopy for one or two people. A 27-inch model is easier to carry and works well for corporate gifts. A 30-inch or larger umbrella gives stronger visual impact at golf events, hotels and outdoor promotions. Wind resistance depends on the complete construction—not one component alone. Rib material, shaft strength, canopy tension, runner quality and assembly must work together. HFBrolly checks these details during sampling and production.

Custom Printing and Branding

Simple logos can be screen printed on one or more panels. For detailed artwork, gradients or photographic designs, digital printing is usually more suitable. Full-canopy printing, inside-canopy artwork and Pantone-matched colours are also available. We will recommend the printing method after reviewing your artwork, quantity and colour requirements.

Branding can extend beyond the canopy. Options include printed straps, customised sleeves, handle decals, woven labels, hangtags and retail packaging. These smaller details often make a corporate umbrella feel like a finished branded product rather than a generic giveaway.

Quality Control

We inspect the fabric, frame, printing and assembly during production. Finished umbrellas are checked for opening performance, appearance, stitching, logo position and packing. For larger or technically demanding projects, we can also agree on specific inspection and testing requirements before production begins.
